Week 1
We will start with an introduction to breath and rhythm. You will learn how to get in touch with your internal rhythm, how to increase your ability to focus and learn to decode the patterns in your breath. The first exercise you will learn is focused on the inhale and empowers you to ground yourself firmly in reality while increasing your vitality.

Week 2
We will take the next step on our journey together with the second breathing exercise. This exercise supports the detoxification of your lungs and internal organs, energizes the digestive system and strengthens the solar plexus. The focus of this week is the exhale, and all that is connected to it. This also includes psychological aspects, like releasing emotional baggage and mental habits, which no longer support you.

Week 3
After developing our awareness of the inhale and exhale, we move on to the next stage. This week, we will explore the silence between the inhale and the exhale: neither breathing in, nor breathing out, but resting in the stillness that holds infinite potential. To this end, I will introduce you to the third breathing exercise, which calms and balances the nervous system. It helps you to achieve focus, mental clarity and objectivity and soothes fear and anxiety.

Week 4
We bring it all together into a harmonious whole now: inhale, exhale, silence - and their rhythmic, intertwined flow. I will revisit with you the set of three exercises I have introduced you to in the past weeks. This set of practices will help you to build a healthy inner balance, a resilient immune system and keen mental focus. Join me this week to reflect and put into perspective what you have learned and where you can go from here.
