Week 1: The yogic approach
In the first week, I will introduce you to the yogic approach and natural voice (what it is and what its effects are). It is also important to outline how the yogic technique differs from other vocal techniques. We will also explore the role your listening skills play in the development of your voice, and how to find your tonic note. This week's exercise will help you to align your hearing, your voice and deepen your connection to your natural voice.
