Week 3:
I will take you one step further and share with you the technique of Palta, a different kind of musical pattern. The aim is to further enhance your ability to bring together sound (Sur) and tempo (Lay). This will activate connections that allow you to open doors to memories that require transformation and healing. Exercise 2 is also an excellent tool to strengthen your voice and improve your focus.

Now, I will share with you how to take the technique of Palta to the next level. You will increase the clarity and flexibility of the voice, the vocal memory and the control over both sound (Sur) and tempo (Lay). I will show you how you can introduce variations in rhythm within the established pattern of a Palta. This will slowly increase the range of your voice as well as your confidence.
