Week 1: The journey within - Introduction to Contemplation & Meditation.
I will share with you what contemplation and meditation are and give a short overview of the coming weeks. The first step will be to turn your focus inward and center yourself. Our next step will be an exercise that combines your voice and numerous mudras (Focus Exercise step 1 - Sa). The aim is to train your focus and engage your senses.

Week 2: Sound as a guide into your inner world
This week I will help you to deepen your focus and strengthen your connection with sound. The goal is to immerse yourself in the present moment, using your voice and the mudras as an anchor. We will add another layer to the Focus exercise by introducing the mystic notes ‘Re’ and ‘Ga’.

Week 3: The importance of focus & the strength of the heart.
In our third week together we follow the sound to the center of the body – the heart and throat area, and engage the notes Ma and Pa. The heart connects the realm of the physical reality with the dimensions of thoughts and ideas – the mind. Resting your focus in the heart is an important step of integration as you move from contemplation towards meditation.

Week 4: Embracing reality in the age of illusion
This week I will introduce you to the fourth step of the Focus exercise, which is using the notes Dha and Ni to open your inner vision. Being able to engage inner vision and developing clear perception is vital if you want to walk the road to meditation. Without discernment and clarity, it is easy to lose oneself in illusion and wishful thinking.

Week 5: Nurture the relationship with your mind and soul
As you enter the final week of this Core Module, I will show you how to add the last step to the Focus exercise, completing the sequence, and show you how to use it to continue building your focus. I will also share how you can easily enter in communication with your mind and soul using the Sound Alchemist’s Inner Journey exercise.
